i just went to ocean the other day to lay down some more tracks. it went very well. we went from like 2 to midnight. we got the guitar tracks for about seven songs done so i was very pleased to get some of that out. i was worried for a while that this was becoming less and less of a possibility but out of nowhere alex calls me up. the next day though, i must note, was quite odd. it was one of those mornings where you feel like you got hit my a frieght train the night before. it wasn't like i was partying or anything but recording for ten hours straight can have a pretty gnarly toll on your body. granted i did smoke like a chimeny that night but i just woke with that feeling where you just want to sit in a church for like a week, or sit in at home with your parents and just talk and say i love you. i dont know. it was weird too because i called all of my friends that i knew would make me feel right again and none of them answered. so anyways, i am still in the process of recording and this last session was vital to reafirming my passion in this project. i am going to talk to josh and ask him if i can get the songs on this blog some how, so if you are visiting, look out for them k?
