'hey you, save me some of that corn... save me some of dat corn for later!'

so i just had a HUGE revelation. smoothies, their genius!! i woke up this morning and my stomach didn't feel so good because, well... i am back home for a bit and mom just went to trader joes and got all kinds of goodies right? so i pretty much snacked at ate until the second i feel asleep. i swear i was like a fat kid in a twinkie factory. so i woke up this morning with that horrible feeling of being full and having too much different kinds of food in your body. ok this is getting boring. so i made a smoothie. i put a banana in it, some pineapple, some superfood, some frozen grapes and berries and off i drifted into smoothie bliss. i made a huge portion of it too. it was like the light speed version of a super gulp. i took my time with it, enjoyed it. this is not some shallow health-tool like a horse-pill vitamin or something. this is a nutritive life experience. i made it, i know what i am consuming, i know for a fact that it is fully organic and natural (so i know that the whole organic obsession kind of came out of no where but i have an explanation that makes perfect sense, i will disclose tomorrow maybe). i am ready to make the commitment to smoothies. i have even been scheming up an idea for fully nutritiously inclusive lifestyle smoothies that you can make at home.
ok i am getting away from the point, so this morning i made a lovely little smoothie and drank it, pooped all the bad stuff out like a half hour later and now my body is filled with joy and nutrients! i feel amazing! could life get much better?
one thing i am curious about though is the history of smoothies and more info on smoothies so please fill me in if you've got any juice!

I don't know much about smoothies. But these things shpu;d help with your overall heart, pooping, and hair loosing issues:
1. Flax Seed (you can put it in your smoothie). It moves things along, so to speak.
2. Tomatoes. Fruit? Vegetable? Who the hells knows. Just eat 'um.
3. Raw Almonds. Do It!
4. Olive Oil. Especially good for slathering on your naked body...just kiding!
