if you were like me growing up and spent your whole childhood reading calvin and hobbs comics with matt pool then you can help me out with something. i have been thinking a lot lately about how funny alien lingo is like in the old calvin and hobbs comics i just cant think of some of the words.
i thought of this because of using T9word to text someone on the celly. you know how it works, you just type out the number combination for the word and it tries to guess what word you are trying to spell. anyway, it takes the most commonly used word for that combination of numbers and that is what it would come up with. like if i wanted to spell "the" i would type in 8-4-3. so what i am trying to say is... when you type in 'yup' as in the slang for 'yes' you know what word comes up...? 'zur' hahahahahahahah!!!!ahhaahahahaa!!! 'zur' hahahahahaha!!!! i seriously almost threw up when i first saw that from laughing so hard. it is funny on so many levels. i probably sound like an idiot but the thought of 'zur' being alien lingo for 'yup' kills me. and the fact that T9 comes up with 'zur' as being more commonly used that 'yup' is pretty hillarious too. so then i wanted to think of more words because it is funny and i like funny shit like that. here are some that i can think of...
zur, snoglork, zorg (masculine), zurg (feminine), zorklok, ogglorf, ogglorksnurgle (plural for ogglorf), boogurk, xurgle, loksnog.... wow i really appologize for this blog. hahahaha
