have you read blue like jazz?
well i guess they are making a christian movie adaptation of the book. i am extremely disapointed by this and wrote them a long email to say why. if you want to read about this foolishness and write them as well i encourage it. there is an interview with a questions and comments link at the bottom of the page here: http://www.christianitytoday.com/movies/interviews/bluelikejazz.html

weird... I didn't know you could make a movie out of that book. I haven't read it, mostly due to it's uber-popularity (bad reason I know) and a recent fiction kick, but maybe I will pick it up so I can try and imagine it becoming a movie... or to have something else to roll my eyes at :)
