GB to LB

i've moved!  just kind of across the freeway.  call it a skip, hop and ten minute drive.  i'm sad to move away from the sweetest house and area i've ever lived, as well as some great room mates and memories.  the sadness is quickly fleeting though by the fact that i get to live in my own place fo free in the back of my aunt and uncle's in los alamitos!  i haven't had my own room for six years!  now my front windows look out to a garden with a koi pond and turtles and everything!   i feel that my soul is taking a deep breath!  friends, i gotta say, i feel like a new man.  i wake up and look around, it is my space, my domain.  i still can't really get anything done in there because every night i come home and just sit and enjoy the peace and silence.  I walk around naked with my arms crossed, twisting back and forth at the hip and look around with a satisfactory grin at my kingdom.  i walk over to my lamp and adjust the light however i want, i pat my iron-wood whale carving on the back and giggle while making a squishy face at the imaginary little squirt he shoots out of his blowhole, i walk over and warm my hands over my new lemongrass scented candle (thanks danielle).  I try to drink as much water as i can before i go to bed just so that i can excitedly wake up in the middle of the night and run out and pee in the back yard under the moonlight.  i have arrived.  so if anyone wants to send me room-warming cards/letters/cash my address is: 11192 Langley Dr., Los Alamitos, Ca, 90720.  address it to "Master of the Backhouse."
