ok one try

i am going to try this once and if it works then yay! if not, no biggy. but like amber said, i miss hearing how all my friends are doing. i don't think myspace is lame though. i actually enjoy the crazy networking that you can do, even if it is trendy.
so life has been so strange lately. not in an unfamiliar way, well maybe except for the fact that my life has never been like this. we just got back from an incredible trip to arizona where we didn't spend a dime, ate and lounged like kings and all the while surrounded by beautiful girls. as if that weren't enough, this was just a follow up to a little tour we put together with our friends, the life. we headlined the troubador for the first time and from what i heard, every single major label that exists was at that show. (we are doing lunch in an hour with an A and R from virgin records because of that show) then after a few other just ok shows we played chain reaction and turned it upside down. by the end of the set i felt like there was nothing more that i could have experienced on stage. we had the stage and the front of the room rained with roses, we had a shirpa dancing in his undies with tape over his nipples, and by the end of the last song i was standing on the stage in the middle of a dance party with the life and about twenty of the people from the crowd. the energy was amazing! so now after an incredible couple of weeks i am back here in the studio getting ready to fly out to the UK tomorrow!!!!! every time i think about it i am just stunned by how God is blessing me at this time of my life. i don't fully understand it but i am not going to take any of it for granted. it is really funny though, even though my life lately has been like a dream i am still constantly remined of what i feel is more important than any of this. if i don't spend my whole heart and self for Christ and sharing my relationship with the other people around me then this is all so pointless. and if i really think about it, i don't even want this if that is something i can't do in this possition. but i feel that everyone has certain passions and veiws for very specific reasons. i know that God made me in a way where there are certain situations in which i would be "of more use" than in other situations. i know that i would not be here if it wasn't for God and i also know that He would not place me here if it weren't for the fact that i can make a huge impact on other that i come into contact with on this bizzare level.
one thing though that never goes away is the always constant hunger to be with my family and friends. i miss you guys so much and i hope to see you all soon and share stories and laughs.
